Welcome to Dex Elite Travel and Tours (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking our tours, or using our transportation services, you (“Client,” “Guest,” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Reservations: All bookings must be made directly through our official website, authorized representatives, or direct phone contact.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Payment Terms: A deposit or full payment (depending on the package) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or upon arrival before the commencement of the tour.

2. Transportation & Pick-up Services

  • Locations: Pick-up and drop-off services are provided for designated Hotels and Airbnbs as specified during the booking process.

  • Punctuality: Guests are required to be ready at the designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Delays caused by late guests may result in a shortened tour itinerary without refund.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Guest:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees).

    • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour, or “no-shows,” are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Dex Elite Travel and Tours: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational challenges. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date, an alternative tour of equal value, or a full refund.

4. Health, Safety, & Guest Conduct

  • Physical Requirements: Certain adventures (such as ATV riding, ziplining, or ocean tubing) carry inherent risks and physical requirements. Guests must disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or pregnancies prior to booking.

  • Safety Rules: Guests must strictly follow all safety guidelines, gear requirements, and instructions given by our drivers, tour guides, and activity captains.

  • Guest Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate service for any guest exhibiting unsafe behavior, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct toward staff or other travelers without refund.

5. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their personal items, including electronics, cameras, jewelry, and cash. Dex Elite Travel and Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property during transfers or tour activities.

  • Limitation of Liability: Participation in third-party adventure activities is at your own risk. Dex Elite Travel and Tours acts as an agent for local attraction providers and is not held liable for personal injuries, accidents, or delays occurring at third-party attraction sites.

6. Media Release & Photos

  • By participating in our tours, you grant Dex Elite Travel and Tours permission to use any photography or video footage captured during the tour for promotional, website, or social media purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the tour.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted directly on this page with the revised effective date.
