We want your Jamaican experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Here is everything you need to know about payments, cancellations and changes to your reservation.

01 / BOOKING POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled tour date.

45+ DAYS Before your tour

Refund of amount paid, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit.

30–44 DAYS Before your tour

50% refund of amount paid.

14–29 DAYS Before your tour

25% refund of amount paid.

0–13 DAYS Before your tour

No refund.

02 / FLEXIBILITY

Reservation Changes

Changes to travel dates or tours are allowed up to 14 days before your tour date, subject to availability and any applicable price differences.

03 / WEATHER CONDITIONS

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather. In the event of unsafe conditions, we will reschedule your tour or offer a suitable alternative.

04 / IMPORTANT

Other Terms

No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. Please arrive at your designated meeting point on time.

05 / FINAL PAYMENT

Total Balance Due

The remaining balance must be paid 1 day prior to your scheduled activity.

06 / CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
